The law suit at this point will be against the Ukraine Airlines.

We believe that they were negligent in deciding to fly that day. The FAA had closed airspace, other airlines had self-grounded.

Tensions were rising and there was no need to try and fly that day. Had they waited twelve to twenty four hours they would have known that the US response would have been just sanctions and tensions would have decreased immediately.
