Grant is an Associate at the Firm practicing in all areas of personal injury law including, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and long and short term disability claims. Grant has represented clients at the License Appeals Tribunal, Ontario Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice, and has assisted in preparing for Ontario Court of Appeal matters.
Grant is a graduate of the University of Kent Law School in the United Kingdom where he was an avid volunteer at the Kent Law School clinic and assisted members of the community in various tort, contract and landlord disputes, as well as assisting refugee and asylum seekers in the wake of the Syrian civil war and Brexit. Grant was also a regular participant in the joint University of Kent and Kent Police College mock trials where he presented evidence to actual court officials, and assisted in coaching the Canadian Law Society annual moot competition. As a result of this experience, Grant is well versed in assisting clients from all walks of life achieve the justice they deserve.
