To date, we have been retained by 80 Canadian women who have suffered from the effects of ESSURE.
We continue to be contacted by women who are interested in pursuing their own lawsuits. However, if we do not have signed agreements (Retainers) returned to us, we cannot act for you!!
Remember, to qualify to bring an action with Howie, Sacks & Henry LLP, you must:
- Have had ESSURE implanted before October, 2016;
- Be living in any Province or Territory except for Quebec; and
- Have had ESSURE removed (or recommended to be removed)
While the class action has not yet been certified, the limitation to bring individual actions could expire at any time, so it’s important to act fast.
