Melissa Miller spoke to CTV News to discuss her disappointment at the recent publication of the Health Standards Organization’s (HSO) long-term care standards. Melissa argues that the lack of mandatory standards will ultimately result in little change to the status quo and that the need remains for the federal government to implement mandatory measures.
