Melissa Miller is proud to have been invited to speak at an Advocate’s Society plenary program entitled “Examining and Cross-Examining Experts” on May 30, 2023.
During the program Melissa took part in a panel titled “Getting the Most out of Your Expert and their Report Part 2: Tendering Your Expert and Leading Your Expert’s Evidence – Demonstrations,” sharing her extensive experience with jury trials and cross-examining experts.
The Advocates’ Society, recognized for its dedication to fostering professional development within the legal community, organized this program to equip lawyers of all experience levels with invaluable skills and insights. This event offered practical guidance on effectively utilizing expert evidence, as well as strategies for selecting, preparing, examining, and challenging expert witnesses.
