Meghan Hull Jacquin and Melissa Miller will speak at the Ontario Bar Association’s premier trial advocacy program, Anatomy of a Trial: Taking the Plunge into a Jury Trial, on May 28, 2026.
This flagship OBA Insurance Law program offers lawyers at all levels an immersive, demonstration-based experience covering the practical, tactical, and strategic considerations of conducting a jury trial. Meghan and Melissa will join a faculty of experienced trial advocates and judges from the Superior Court of Justice to walk attendees through the key stages of a jury trial, from opening to close, witness examination to cross-examination. Whether stepping into a courtroom for the first time or looking to sharpen existing skills, this program is designed to give litigators the tools and confidence to take the plunge.
