THREE TO BE’s mission is to support and advance the development of innovative research, therapies and education for children with neurological disorders and their families. Our partnership with this organization focuses on education and empowerment for families through the PAL (Parents Advocacy Link) program. But we also love to help celebrate THREE TO BE’s achievements.
The 5th Annual Stems of Hope Gala, THRIVE, celebrated the incredible progress of THREE TO BE, raising $2.5M to date. Hosted by Leslie Roberts of Global Toronto and Cheryl Hickey of ET Canada, guests experienced an unforgettable night of live entertainment and dancing, gourmet fare and must-have auction items. We sponsored the event and hosted two PAL families who might not have otherwise spent money on themselves to attend.
HSH Champions Award
HSH lawyer Meghan Hull Jacquin presented the Three to Be Champions Award to Jordan Runstedler at the Stems for Hope Gala in Toronto on Nov. 8, 2014. Jordan was diagnosed with severe Cerebral Palsy. His award was accepted by his mother Cheryl.
We are sad to report that Jordan passed away in September 2105. He was challenged with almost every physical challenge imaginable and yet lived each day with undeniable happiness and determination. He inspired the community and will be forever hold a special place in our hearts.
Why is THREE TO BE Unique?
What THREE TO BE does has never been done before. There is a community of scientists, doctors, parents and donors that are coming together in a most dynamic way, all because of THREE TO BE. We are making change happen. What this community knows and continues to learn is propelling us forward.

HSH is particularly proud of THREE TO BE’s commitment to families through their Parent Advocacy Link (PAL) program. We contribute to the program by providing legal education and support, helping parents get answers to some tough questions.
