Renée is a co-managing partner at Howie, Sacks & Henry, whose practice is devoted to fighting for the rights of injured victims and their families in a wide range of personal injury matters and products liability claims. She has successfully conducted numerous Trials and Hearings before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
Renée is a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation, is listed in Best Lawyers Canada, and is Lexpert ranked. Renée is also a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario. In addition to being a lawyer, Renée has been a registered nurse for almost 40 years with experience in disability management in both the United States and Canada. Her medical knowledge and legal expertise enables Renée to approach each case from the central perspective, that it is her clients’ needs and long-term quality of life that is paramount.
She holds memberships with legal and professional associations, for which she often chairs and lectures at their continuing legal education programs.
