HSH Partner Renée Vinett was featured in FRANCE 24’s segment on the lawsuits taking place around the world, as a result of the pain and suffering the Essure permanent birth control device has caused the women in whom it’s been implanted.
“The consensus is, around the world, that these coils have caused a lot of harm to the women who have been implanted with them”, Renee told interviewers. She also discussed that the real “moral issue” of the case is that Essure manufacturer Bayer focused on “the corporate model of pushing for profits and not considering the victims of those profits.”
