Renée Vinett
Congratulations to Renée Vinett who has been certified as a Certified Specialist – Civil Litigation by The Law Society of Upper Canada.
This Specialist designation includes only a small percentage of lawyers in Ontario and recognizes them as a leader in their fields.
To obtain certification, a Civil Litigation Specialist must have:
- Practised for a minimum of seven years prior to the date of the application;
- Had substantial involvement in the specialty area during five of the seven years, i.e., mastery of substantive law, practices and procedures, and concentration of practice in the specialty area;
- Complied with the professional development requirements; and
- Complied with the professional standards requirements.
Renée has demonstrated the right combination of experience, education and commitment to her profession. She joins HSH partners, Jim Howie, Mike Henry, and Adam Wagman who are also designation holders.
