Head of the OTLA Long Term Disability Section, Brad Moscato will be co-chairing the OTLA Long Term Disability Conference, “The LTD File | From A to Z”.
Brad will be moderating two round table discussions on LTD related issues:
- The Unequivocal Denial: Limitation Issues & Pleadings
- Views from a Mediator and Defence Counsel
This conference will provide you with practical tips from leading experts in the field, taking you through the LTD file from A to Z and everything in between. Topics will include a mock discovery of a claims rep, discussion on effective use of experts and the program will wrap up with a panel discussion on preparing your case for trial.
