June 24, 2016 – BIST Birdies for Brain Injury Golf Tournament

BISTHSH is proud to continue its support of the 2016 Birdies for Brain Injury Golf Tournament at Lionhead Golf and Country Club in Mississauga on June 24, 2016 with a foursome sponsorship.

The day will include 18 holes, lunch, a silent auction, prizes and more. Tee time at the Legends Course is at 8:00 am and the game continues until 3:00 pm. For more information, click here.

All proceeds support the programs and services provided by the Brain Injury Society of Toronto (BIST).

 


ABOUT BIST

The Brain Injury Society of Toronto is a community non-profit supporting those living with the effects of acquired brain injury. Its members are children, young adults, parents, spouses, grandparents, professional and service providers. Membership is open to anyone.

BIST’s mission is to enhance the quality of life for people in the City of Toronto, living with the effects of acquired brain injury through education, awareness, support and advocacy.

BIST was established in 2004 by a steering committee made up of stakeholders – including people with ABI, family members and people who work in ABI support and rehabilitation in collaboration with the Ontario Brain Injury Association. Today, BIST is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors representing community stakeholders including: survivors, service providers, educators and professionals.
