Melissa Miller is confirmed as a Guest Lecturer at the Disability Law 5864D Education & Disability Panel at Western University Faculty of Law.
During the moderated discussion led by Professor Lorin MacDonald, Melissa will be sharing practical insights on how disability rights in education are enforced in Ontario. Drawing on key developments such as Moore v. British Columbia (Education) and the Right to Read inquiry, she will address ongoing systemic barriers, accommodation challenges, and access-to-justice issues affecting students with disabilities.
