Two of our partners, Samantha Shatz and Meghan M. Hull Jacquin, have been selected as speakers at The Business of Personal Injury Symposium: Toronto, hosted by the Legal Innovation Forum on May 27, 2026 at the TMX Market Centre, 120 Adelaide Street West.
The symposium brings together managing partners, legal operations leaders, and innovation executives from across Ontario’s personal injury sector to explore how firms can adapt, grow, and lead in a rapidly changing legal marketplace. The program includes expert panels, roundtable discussions, and a closing networking reception and is under consideration for CPD accreditation by the Law Society of Ontario.
Samantha Shatz will join the panel on Talent for Tomorrow: Building Succession and Leadership Pipelines, alongside leaders from other Personal Injury firms. The discussion will tackle evolving talent expectations, leadership development, and how firms can build cultures that support mentorship and sustainable growth.
Meghan M. Hull Jacquin will participate in the panel on Financial Foundations: Strengthening Management and Unlocking Growth Opportunities, alongside senior partners and firm owners from across the Ontario PI sector. The panel will explore case economics, disbursement management, cash flow strategy, and how firms can position themselves for long-term financial resilience.
