HSH Partner Adam Wagman is co-chairing the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association’s 2021 Fall Conference taking place via live-streamed webinar on October 22, 2021. This year’s conference theme is “The Other Side of Midnight: Post-Pandemic Practice.”
HSH Partner Melissa Miller will also be speaking at the conference, appearing as a panelist at the roundtable on “Preserving the Integrity of Your Expert Independence.”
The full-day program will feature presentations by experienced personal injury litigators, judges and others who will discuss the implications of recent decisions and rule changes for a post-pandemic personal injury practice, and will offer valuable new insights that attendees can put to use in their own practices.
