As an associate with HSH, Victoria’s practice is focused on mass torts and class actions, which include product liability injuries and airplane accidents. She has represented clients in the Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court of Appeal, and various administrative tribunals.
During her time as a law student at the University of Toronto, Victoria worked as a faculty research assistant at law school and as a caseworker at community legal clinics Downtown Legal Services and Advocates for Injured Workers. She was actively involved in the law school community, serving as an executive of the Asian Law Society.
Victoria speaks Shanghainese and Mandarin and is pleased to assist clients requiring communication in these languages.
