Christian’s practice is devoted to all areas of personal injury litigation and disability-related disputes.
Christian is a proud alumnus of the Dual JD program at the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy. He developed his passion for written and oral advocacy while in law school, being recognized with distinction at both the Windsor Law First-Year Moot and G. Mennen Williams Moot Court Competition. He further served as a Moot Court coach to lower year students.
Christian brings a unique and holistic perspective to his practice on the back of his prior experience working in plaintiff personal injury and insurance defence litigation. His knowledge of both sides of the legal equation allows him to be a knowledgeable advisor and strong advocate for his clients.
Christian has represented clients in Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice and various administrative tribunals. He has also provided litigation support for matters before the Court of Appeal and Divisional Court.
Christian is fluent in Italian and is pleased to assist clients requiring communication in this language.
