Howie Sacks & Henry LLP is pleased to announce that David Levy will be serving the firm as Managing Partner, effective January 1, 2014.
David graduated from McGill’s Faculty of Law with his LL.B and B.C.L. degrees in 1997. He was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1999. He has spent most of his entire career at HS&H, first as an associate, and as a partner since 2004.
David’s practice is devoted to personal injury litigation, including accident benefits arbitrations before The Financial Services Commission of Ontario. David is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association and the Advocates’ Society. He has spoken at conferences sponsored by these organizations, and has been a guest lecturer at Osgoode Hall Law School.
David succeeds Adam Wagman who served as the firm’s Managing Partner for the past six years.
