HSH Partner Kaitlyn MacDonell will be speaking at an upcoming module of the 2022 Osgoode Certificate in Motor Vehicle Accident Law and Practice on April 19, 2022. She will be discussing how to assess a client’s case, including conducting a pre-assessment file review and identifying evidentiary strengths and weaknesses.
