HSH Partner Adam Wagman will be speaking at the Medico-Legal Society of Toronto’s upcoming webinar on ‘Understanding Cognitive Impairment in Mild Traumatic Brain Injury’ on Thursday, November 25, 2021.
This stimulating CPD program will be moderated by Dr. Chantal Vaidyanath and will feature a discussion between Adam and two expert doctors: neuropsychologist Dr. Joanna Hamilton PhD., C. Psych, and neurologist Dr. Michel Rathbone, MB, Ch.B., PhD., FRCP. The panelists will explain the many factors that can affect cognitive function, and will also discuss legal issues around claims for damages related to cognitive impairment in mild traumatic brain injury cases.
