Adam Wagman will lead the debrief discussion following the examination in chief and the cross-examination of an expert toxicologist. Attendees will learn how to qualify an expert properly, what to do when the expert strays beyond the four corners of their report, and how to cross-examine an expert based on foundation.
Melissa Miller will be speaking about strategic and ethical considerations for trial preparation.
