On March 4, 2009, defence and plaintiff lawyers alike hit the ice to play in the 3rd Annual Personal Injury Bar Charity Hockey Challenge. Thanks to the support of the sponsors, over $30,000 was raised for Shoot For A Cure, a Canadian spinal research organization.

The 2nd Annual Personal Injury Bar Charity Hockey Challenge, organized by Howie, Sacks & Henry LLP, took place on March 27, 2008, raising over $18,000 for Shoot For A Cure and the cause of spinal research.
