
Samantha is a Senior Associate in the medical malpractice group at HSH.
She acts for victims and their families who have suffered as a result of medical and hospital negligence. A large part of her practice involves obstetrical negligence, where she works with young children who have been severely injured at birth. She has appeared as trial counsel multiples times and is deeply committed to advocating for individuals and families impacted by life-altering conditions.
Samantha served on the Board of Directors for the Brain Injury Society of Toronto. She is the current Vice Chair of the Medical Malpractice Section of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and is a Revitalization Governor representing Ontario for the American Association for Justice.
